Project Details.

12 Month Video Content Retainer Package

Over the next 12 months, we will create various pieces of content for each sector within China Fleet Country Club. From adventure golf to the Water Spa we will be capturing footage and creating 100’s of 10 to 30-second videos that their marketing team can post throughout the year.

We have created a bespoke content package that consists of pre-production and planning, 10 filming days and 20 days to edit the content over the next 12 months.

Woodland Adventure Golf

On our first visit, we tackled the Woodland Adventure Golf. We organised 5 families to come in so we could capture the shots we needed.

In total, we managed to produce just over 60 videos from one filming session. A mixture of edits to music, single shot videos and reels for Insta, TikTok and Facebook. All of these completed in just a couple of days of editing.

Gym & Water Spa

Next up was the Gym & Water Spa. We organised 4 sets of people to use the facilities at China Fleet Country Club and were on site for approximately 8 hours.

In total, we managed to produce 50 videos from one filming session. A mixture of edits to music, single shot videos and reels for Insta, TikTok and Facebook. Again All of these were completed in just two days of editing. Planed, filmed, edited and delivered within 3 days.

Accommodation

6-hour shoot for two couples and some location shots before the winter sets in and the trees lose their leaves.

In total, we managed to produce 35 videos from one filming session. A mixture of edits to music, single shot videos and reels for Insta, TikTok and Facebook. Again All of these were completed in just two days of editing. Planed, filmed, edited and delivered within 3 days.

Weddings

We captured some shots of a January wedding to capture this month’s short-form content.

In total, we managed to produce over 30 videos from one filming session. A mixture of edits to music, single shot videos and reels for Insta, TikTok and Facebook. Of course, it would have been nice to film multiple weddings but this being our first year of creating a new library of content from scratch, we have to invest equal time in areas of China Fleet and all of their offerings.

Again All of these were completed in just two days of editing. Planed, filmed, edited and delivered within 3 days.
